Perfect old fashioned village pub. Great for traditional Sunday lunches, filled Yorkshire puddings with vegetarian alternative. Good parking and easy to find. Real ale served.

Stopped in for a beer and checked out their menu. They have a curry special on Thursdays. 2 course meal for 11.95. And at 9pm it's Quiz night so we decided to come back. Service is good. My friends that got the curry dishes were very happy with their meals. It came with pappadum and naan bread. The rest of us ordered the fillet which comes with chips, 2 mushrooms, 1 small roasted tomato and peas. My friend and I thought the steak (medium rare) was a little tough but all in all a lovely evening. Quiz night was fun but there are some cut throat patrons who take it very seriously.
